EforAll

May 20, 2022 – Entrepreneurship for All, a nonprofit based in Lowell with a mission to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, this week announced the appointment of Karen “KJ” Johnson as chief operating officer and Lisa Archibald as regional director.

Prior to joining Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), Johnson spent 10 years at MOS Consultative Services in Riverside, Calif., where she served as chief of operations, overseeing multiple functions including human resources, facilities management, logistics and operations. Before then, Johnson served as an assistant director of ambulatory operations and special projects at UCLA Health System.

In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for EforAll’s overall operations and will work closely with CEO David Parker and the board of directors to implement the organization’s strategic mission and values as it continues to expand operations nationally.

Archibald joins EforAll as an accomplished global education management professional with 26 years of staff development, management, education, and practice management experience. Most recently, she served as a visiting professor at the American International College of Arts and Sciences, Antigua.

In her new role, Archibald will manage a team of five executive directors responsible for coordinating and implementing EforAll’s English language program model across the nation.

“KJ and Lisa are both accomplished professionals with decades of experiences in their respective fields,” said Parker. “We look forward to their expert guidance as we continue to grow our mission of driving economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, and to provide everyone — regardless of race, country of origin or gender — with the tools to start a successful business.”

To date, EforAll alumni have launched more than 1,100 businesses and created more than 1,700 local jobs. EforAll currently operates in Berkshire County, Cape Cod, Fall River/New Bedford, Worcester, Holyoke, Lynn, Merrimack Valley, and Roxbury, as well as Buffalo, N.Y.; Longmont, Colo.; Northwest Arkansas, and Rhode Island.
